P.S./I.S. 48 Presents: Madagascar Jr.

Thank you all so much again for funding PS/IS 48's production of Madagascar Jr. these students worked extremely hard after school and even gave up a few Saturdays to make this show a success. With the art supplies that you helped fund, the students were able to build sets that transformed our Gymatorium to the tropical savanna of Madagascar.

When the students first saw their new materials, they were extremely eager to get started in painting the sets and drawing on our canvases. Using the varied brushes, they were able to add great detail to the sets.

These materials will help us grow our emerging theater program, including this year with our upcoming musical that will be announced at a later time. In the meantime, thank you again for your support and contributions to help bring art and theater to these students.”
