Learning Is Our Game!
Funded Jan 19, 2024I cannot thank you enough for the materials that have supported my students in their learning process. During my students phonics small groups, the alphabet acorns and sorting cans really supported my students with alphabet letter recognition.
The Magic Board Printing cards supported my students with fine motor delays as they learned letter formation independently. The support of the materials during small groups, helped my students make wonderful progress in their assessments in reading.
Thank you for the generous donation that truly changed my students learning experience. My students are confident in their learning, and appreciate the materials and how they are used during our small groups.
My students thank you from the bottom of their hearts!”

Funded Aug 24, 2022I wanted to thank each and every donor that supported my little kindergarteners in their journey of learning with this project. My scholars are more than grateful and appreciative for the new materials and resources that they use daily during Word Work and math stations. The unifix cubes, playdoh, and translucent caps are popular in my classroom as they are often used for math mats and tens frames. The alphabet train puzzle promoted and early learning skills with alphabet letter recognition and sounds.
My scholars instantly used the materials once being modeled how to use and take care of our new classroom materials. My scholars continue to utilize the learning materials in new ways.
The materials such as the translucent caps and alphabet train puzzle cards will continue to be used for learning purposes with new phonic lessons with short and long vowel sounds, new phonic board games in small and whole group instruction.”

Funded Jan 7, 2022I wanted to thank all donors for their dedication and support for my little ones. My scholars are using all aspects of the materials donated in their classroom centers and in small group instructions. My scholars continuously build and create with the materials. My next project for my scholars will be to build on the classroom library with more culturally diverse books, and more phonics manipulatives to encourage and enhance scholars phonemic awareness. Once again, I want to thank ALL donors for your generous contributions.”

Peacemakers Full of Wonders
Funded Oct 22, 2021With every donation, the materials for my reading nook/ peace corner were received. My students definitely gravitate to the reading nook where they enjoy relaxing on the teardrop bean bag with a book, identifying feelings and emotions from the emotions photo kit, and even drawing about how they are feeling at the moment or throughout the day.
My students showed great appreciation of the materials funded by putting the materials to use right away. The class reading nook/ peace corner is the very popular center in PK 002.
The next steps for my PreK classroom is to have another project funded of classroom manipulatives for our centers. This project and materials will support my students in their learning through play.”

Funded Dec 30, 2020I would like to thank every donor for their contributions during these trying times. My Pre-K scholars are enjoying their new materials especially the doodle pad that was provided amongs the other supplies. My scholars are using the magnetic alphabet letter tiles everyday during small group lessons- building word families, sight words, and letter recognition. As a class, we continue to work on word families, especially the -an, ot, am word family as I say the words and my scholars have to listen to the onset, medial and final sounds, then finding the corresponding alphabet letters of each word faciliated.
My scholars as well as their parents were overly appreciative as they thanked me for their materials. My scholars continue to thank me every day for providing them with materials and supplies for the continuous learning during remote learning. The great thing about the materials given to my scholars is, the supplies will continue to be utilized as they move on to the next grade- kindergarten!
Some next and continuous steps for my scholars are practicing more sight words and getting more of my scholars to read. I really want to prepare my scholars for kindergarten readiness, and one way to do that is to make sure they leave Pre-K learning how to read. Once again, I would like to thank all the anonymous donors for their thoughtfulness and gratitude to my little leaders!”
