It is difficult at times to get outside for gross motor exercise. These items will give us gross motor activities inside especially in the winter. We will be able to work on teamwork, getting our nervous energy out, and help my students learn about safety signs. My ECSE students have some troubles with feelings and being able to express those feelings. When my students get upset, giving them an outlet to move safely is important to teach them productive ways to express themselves. Jumping and moving are great outlets!
