My district is quickly transitioning to a hybrid 2.0 learning environment. Cameras have been installed in our classrooms so we can teach our virtual and in person students at the same time. I am hoping to get my virtual students as close to an "in the classroom" experience as possible. The television is to assist with Zoom meetings so my virtual students will be visible to me while I teach both in person and virtual students simultaneously. The drawing tablet will also assist me while I teach both sets of students. My classroom is one of the few that is not outfitted with a smart board and the tablet will allow me to write on my projection screen while screen sharing with my virtual students via Zoom. The extruder is a piece that we purchased to fix our 3D printer right before the pandemic in March. It was never installed due to schools closing. When I installed it, it did not work properly and we have missed our return window. Due to COVID, my students have less time in the classroom to print their design projects. The purchase of the extruder will allow my classroom to have two working printers and therefore allow the students to print their designs during their time in school.
