By adding a second monitor I will be able to provide lesson and instruction while monitoring my students while they are attempting their home cooking labs live during distance learning! It is a struggle right now to switch between multiple tabs and windows to view all my students on their zoom meeting while I am accessing their work to provide them live feedback. With the second monitor I can have their videos running on one screen while I have the lecture screen shared to better provide them accurate instruction and trouble shoot any questions they will have.
