    Thank... you... sooooo... muuuuuucccchhh! It was like Christmas receiving and opening the boxes from Donors Choose.

    What a lot people don't understand is the stress a teacher faces when they know that their students do not have the things they need to be successful, or in my case the necessary materials to even HAVE class. With your generous donation you literally turned my stress into hope.

    I was able to give the students the materials they needed to be in class, and kick butt! They now know people care about them and that even though philanthropy is an unfortunate need, we need to be humble and appreciative of great people like you. And that when they can help someone, they should.

I am looking to get needed instruments into students hands. These instruments will be used by 10 students a term, 20 students a year, and 1,000's over the lifetime of the instruments. Our school does not have enough instruments for each student and with COVID, can no longer do any sharing. This puts us in a situation where some students will not have an instrument in their music classes. This is like a student in a class not having a book. These students will use their instrument as a tool to learn how to be a positive citizen through Music.

About my class
