I will be using the maps and the globe in class to provide a visual experience for my students whether they are in the classroom or if they are learning virtually from home. It is often difficult for middle schoolers to imagine what life was like in ancient times. What did the world look like and how did people travel from continent to continent? Teaching about geography, ancient civilizations, and migration will seem much more real if the students can visualize where we have been and where we are going!
