My students love to be creative. We use many craft materials to create a multi-sensory approach to fill any deficits the student may have. We use crafts to learn how to communicate effectively with others and create lifelong skills. Games are a highlight of my students day. This is an effective approach to engage many students. My students will be able to see me demonstrate our activities while keeping socially distance and engaged as a group. We will also use the document camera during virtual learning to demonstrate activities, games, and other projects. I use Teacher Pay Teacher for many social emotional, communication, and literature activities. We are able to use activities on Teacher Pay Teacher to connect to literature that we incorporate into our weekly lessons.
