When You're an Addams
Funded Feb 14, 2024Thank you so much for your donations towards our show. Students used the materials in the show for various scenes. It truly helped elevate our show to the next level.
Our Wednesday Addams was able to use the bow and arrows as part of her character along with the goose and the ring and wig. She had a full complete look to make her feel like the character.
We used the curtains for various set pieces, helping our students feel like they were inside the story.
Again, we could not have put on such a successful production without your donation.”

Funded Aug 26, 2022Thank you so much for supporting our Spring Musical - Shrek The Musical Jr.! The students were SO EXCITED when they saw the materials that came in!! Everyone wanted to try on the crown for the princess character - Fiona. The backdrops are gorgeous and we cannot wait to see how they transform our stage into the magical story that is Shrek! One backdrop will make Lord Farquaad's castle come to life, another will create a bookish atmosphere for our Narrators in their Storyteller Cafe, and the others will show Princess Fiona's tower where she has stayed for "eight thousand four hundred and twenty three days". Again - thank you for your support of our students in their Musical Theatre journey!”

Concert Ready
Funded Aug 22, 2022Thank you so much for your donations to our choir program! Because of you, we were able to use the cajon at our performances and it helped the choir be able to feel the Latin Groove of the song! Our new microphone stand has been great to use in both the classroom and on stage. Students are able to practice how to perform in class, and we used it for our first outside performance. The playdoh allowed the students to create their own conducting baton during our conducting unit. The keyboard stand and stool are great for our pops! concert - where we use an electronic keyboard, instead of a piano. Finally, the water bottles - the students are SO excited that they can have a chance to use a water bottle throughout the day. Once again, thank you!”

Funded Mar 16, 2022Thank you so much for your help with this project! The students were so excited just to see the big boxes it all came in. Then when they saw the speakers, they were super excited and wanted to try them out!
We are currently using the speakers for our very first Pops! Concert - where the students sing popular songs based on a theme. The speakers are helping us connect to a synthesizer keyboard, an iPad with backing tracks and extra microphones! Our concert would not be a success without this project.
The next steps for the students are to use the materials daily in the classroom to be able to practice with the same materials we have on stage.
Again, thank you!”
