This project will allow my students to receive hands-on experience with everyday home life and care. It will also allow them to connect with each other in the classroom setting promoting social and emotional skills. My students will become familiar with how to take care of themselves at home as well as others. I am requesting play area refrigerator, high chair, dolls and clothes, a play cooking set, and more! The goal is to create an environment that will keep the interest of children who like to pretend and express themselves. It could also help those that need help expressing themselves as well. It's all about understanding others.
