The materials that we receive will support my students' ability to explore and execute their creativity and power of influence and sovereignty. We, as humans, are a part of this living world, regardless of how disconnected we have become because of the systems that are in place. As part of the living world, we are here to grow, forage, and utilize the bountiful products of this earth to build up resources to support ourselves and our community. We will form a mutual relationship with the land while sustaining its growth and creating value-added goods from what is gathered from the land. Our students will know what it means to not only create a small business by making these value-added products available to the community, but they will be building a Forest Garden to support and sustain their endeavors.

About my class
