Having started hybrid learning this week, I realized a few simple materials can improve learning. I think personal whiteboards that stay with the student at all times is an easy and effective way to keep my 4th graders engaged whether they are learning online or in-person. It also reduces close interactions between students and teacher. I plan on using different colored Expo markers as an incentive. I also included a better camera with a microphone to attach to my work computer. If any teachers have any suggestions to improve upon this please let me know!
