• Simple Things for Classroom

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. I ran out of sketch paper the day before my new arrived. It was provided to my classroom at the exact day it was needed just because of you. Also, I am able to display art projects my students complete because of you. Everyone in my school gets a glimpse at what my students do in art. The kids especially loved the whiteboard that can be passed around and drawn on. They started using it immediately out of the package.

  The students couldn't wait to open all of the packages and see what they were getting new in the classroom. You can see in one of my pictures their excitement. It was like Christmas coming early.

  This year, I will continue teaching the elements of art and famous artists who utilized these elements. We will also enter the Oklahoma Trash Off Poster Contest. I have had a state semifinalist the last two years. I am hoping we will make the calendar this year.

  All of this was possible because of you and your donation to my class. I am fortunate to provide these things to my students without causing a financial hardship to their parents.

• Art Finishing Touches

  Thank you so much for your contribution to my classroom in the purchase of an art drying table and pencils. Up to this point, my students had no place to put their paintings, oil pastel projects, or watercolor projects while they were working on them and needing them to dry so they could finish them or continue working on them the following day. When they walked in and saw the drying table in my room, they were so excited. They couldn't wait to use it.

  Also, it is the time of the year where all students have completely used all of their basic art supplies like a pencil. There is no possible way to do any art without a pencil. Because of your donation, my students now have pencils to complete and continue to do art projects for the rest of the year.

• Clean Up, Clean Up, Keep Your Environment Sanitary

  Funded Sep 23, 2023

  Thank you for your generous donation to my students and my art and computer classroom. Because of you, I was able to purchase much needed cleaning supplies. I can now safely clean my art classroom sink with clorox bleach and get markers, etc. off from my tables with the Mr. Clean pads. Paper towels and kleenex are used in almost everyone of my classrooms every single day, so they will definitely not be wasted.

  Once again, thank you so much for your generosity. As you can see from the pictures, my students couldn't wait to open the boxes.”

• Students Need a Way to Move While Working!

  Thank you so much for your generosity and contribution to my classroom. The computer desk and flexible seating will be used by hundreds of students and it will be able to be used for many years. When the students saw they would now have a way to utilize a classroom computer, they were overwhelmed with excitement. They were also so excited to see the new flexible seating that will be offered to them. Some students needed this so much. This way, they can still work while still having a way to move and get some of their nervous energy out.

• Future Artists of the World

  Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom. My students were so excited to see the new supplies and storage cabinets. Their eyes lit up when they saw the different items that were ordered for them and they were so appreciative to you for your interest and investment into their classroom lives. My students just completed a fair project and watermelon festival drawing to help support local events going on in their community. It was so much easier for them to find supplies because they are organized in the new cabinets. My students this year are about to enter a trash poster art contest, do a watercolor painting, and do an oil pastel painting. They are so excited to get to do this because of your donation. • Future Picassos of the World

  Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom. My students were so excited to see the new supplies. Their eyes lit up when they saw the different items that were ordered for them and they were so appreciative to you for your interest and investment into their classroom lives. My students just completed a loom weaving project for the first time, a black paper drawing with metallic markers, and have new markers and sharpies to make their art more vivid for their other classroom work. My students this semester are about to enter a trash poster art contest, do a watercolor painting, and do an oil pastel painting. They are so excited to get to do this because of your donation. • Hitting it Out of the Park

  Thank you once again for your donation to my project hitting it out of the park. The girls started using the hitting net immediately and use it daily. This, has ultimately, helped in making them better hitters in their games. It has been set up in the gym and has been incorporated into their daily morning workouts.

• Helping Students Use Their Creativity

• Artists in the Making!

  Thank you so much for your generosity in providing my students with much needed art supplies. I waited until the supplies arrived before I shared with my students they would be receiving them. When they came into the classroom and saw them, they were so excited. They couldn't wait to get them opened up and start using them.

  Since receiving the supplies, I have been able to assign more creative and detailed assignments. The students can now use markers instead of just colored pencils to add more vivid colors. We have also already used watercolor paints for several assignments. They have enjoyed doing this so much and have expanded their knowledge in different art mediums. Upcoming assignments will have them use paints and show them how to mix them. I can't wait for them to begin this.

  Once again, your donation has changed the way I am able to teach art to my students. They are excited to come to class and work on their projects.
