My students currently get to be in person which is amazing, but we have to quarantine books for 48 hours after use. I am a first year teacher, so our very limited classroom library gets depleted very quickly. Any books we have have been bought out of my own pocket. We live in a book desert and my students and classroom desperately needs books. They love to read, especially adventure books and graphic novels, but being at a Title 1 school means that their families can not afford to buy books. It is then up to me as their teacher to put these resources into their hands. Please help us develop our love of reading and learning by helping fund our growing classroom library.
