  • Code With Mini Robots

    Funded Aug 15, 2023

Thank you so much for the mini Spheros. They allow my student to do the following:

    * Explore coding by using block coding skills they have been learning.

    * Being able to just have the robot drive around.

    * Play various games that are part of the Sphero play application.

They have enjoyed the opportunity to play and learn with them. They get to see the results of their coding skills in action and be able to fix any problems they come across.

Thank you again. My students and I appreciate your generosity.

    Take care,

    Donna”

With COVID I need my students to have their own robot they can use during class. They will be able to code the robot to do various commands and complete various challenges. Students will be able to put into practice the engineering process as they work with their robots. Teaching students about robotics helps to build problem solving capabilities as they have to carefully think of how to solve a problem. Robotics also help them strengthen their math capabilities as math plays an important role in robotics and in their future career. When donating use the promo code LIFTOFF for a matching donation up to $50. Thank you.
