The students will use the tackle bags, rods and reels, nets, pliers, and books and be taught how to put fishing line on a pole, cast, tie on a hook, bait a hook and take a fish off the hook. They will be able to mimic the same lessons at home if rod and reels are available at home. Most all the students will benefit from home by using the handouts from the books ordered about tying on hooks and casting. The students will be able to learn about the different species of fish on the beautiful Mississippi gulf coast.
