  • Cozy Corner for Brilliant Learners!

    We are so thrilled that our wish list of bean bags, schools supplies, and more were funded for our Cozy Corner for Brilliant Learners project! I set the room up and created the coziest corner for the students to enjoy. They enjoy working alongside their peers on the beanbags, while being able to relax and change up their seating environment at the same time. The additional supplies are helping our whole group lessons as well! I have students on IEP's in my classroom and flexible seating supports the student's learning needs tremendously. Just having a corner where they can sit comfortably and take a break from learning at a desk has made such a big impact. The students are eager to learn and excited when it is their turn to sit in the corner! We can't thank you enough for donating to our classroom.”

  • Virtual Visuals For Remote Learning

    Thank you for all your donations! These tools and resources provided have helped my students during this remote learning period. The easel has helped with explaining math to the students in a more visual and organized manner. They have responded well and understood new topics given to them. Also the division fact fluency cards have been fun and useful for the students to use over the computer for extra practice. The students were excited to have new tools to help their learning during this remote learning time.”

These materials will help my students succeed while learning remotely from home. I teach language based students at a middle school level in MA. Because of Covid-19, lots of these students need a tremendous amount of review in both Math and Reading. I will use this dry erase easel/ flip chart to teach live lessons to my students. Math is a subject that requires lots of teacher-led lessons with visual examples. This will help the students feel confident in reviewing and learning new topics in math. These materials will help us everyday in our small instruction groups!

About my class
