My mission is to spend smaller amounts of time lecturing and more time with kids that are learning by "doing". This happens during our learning stations for Math and Reading (ELA). By having hands-on activities, they will be developing a greater understanding of difficult concepts.
I want to be able to look around my room and see students highly engaged with their materials and activities. I want to see students working together, helping each other, or even taking on an independent challenge. I want students to have the ability to make choices in their learning.
I am simply wanting resources from TPT to build my stations, and organizational bins to store them in. Having the extra money to find great resources for literacy and math stations would be a huge help. Having students work more independently is only successful if they have high-quality and dynamic activities to learn from.
Thank you for helping me build a more hands-on classroom!
