  • Sustainable Cities of the Future

    Funded Nov 8, 2023

Our Lego Models for Future sustainable cities have helped us in our English Development class tremendously. Legos can aid students in critical thinking by promoting creativity, problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and logical thinking. When assembling Lego sets, students have the opportunity to plan, analyze, and make decisions, enhancing their cognitive abilities. Furthermore, working with Legos encourages experimentation and fosters a growth mindset, as students learn from trial and error. Overall, integrating Legos into learning activities can effectively develop students' critical thinking skills in an engaging and hands-on manner.

    Thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Cabrera Manalo

  • E-Math Pads

    Funded Nov 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your generosity!

Fifth graders are at a critical age in their mathematical development. They are learning increasingly complex concepts, and they need to be engaged and motivated in order to succeed. Technology can help to make math more engaging and motivating for students in a number of ways.

For example, technology can be used to create interactive and visually appealing learning experiences. For example, students can use online simulations to explore mathematical concepts in a hands-on way. They can also use educational games and apps to practice their math skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Technology can also be used to provide students with personalized feedback and support. For example, adaptive learning software can tailor the difficulty of problems to each student's individual needs. This can help students to learn at their own pace and build confidence in their mathematical abilities.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Cabrera Manalo

Online learning can be difficult especially when it comes to making math concepts and lessons visual. Through a VIRTUAL MATH BLACKBOARD, students will be able to follow a more visual representation that simulates just a real black/white board- fun, interactive and live! Using an IPad and an Apple Pencil, I will be able to set up and online blackboard that we can manipulate in the classroom to create a more exciting and visual way to learn math! Students will be able to see and feel a more interactive math class.
