    Thank you so much for donating to my cookbooks for learning. These cookbooks have made such a difference for my students. They were able to go through the cookbooks and find something that they wanted to cook. I am amazed at how well the recipes turned out from my students.

    I had students ask if I could give them a cookbook at the end of their senior year so that they can keep cooking and have some fun ideas on things that they could do. This meant the world to me knowing that someone wanted to help my students read recipes better, and get creative in the things that they are making.”

    Thank you so much for helping fund my at home learning materials project. The materials that were donated are going to make a world of difference to my students. My students are using their materials to take notes at home during my lessons. They are very happy to have gotten these materials to help make sure that learning is a priority and they have a way to remember things that are taught.

    The students were very happy to have gotten their materials. They use them all the time. I also appreciate that the students were able to get snacks in their kits. It gave them a little treat for having to be home for so long and learning from a computer.

The materials requested will help my students tremendously. The laptop camera can't show the students specific things when it comes to teaching the students to cook while at home, when I am in the classroom. The camera can also help the students see close ups when food is cooking that are key indicators when food is done, or when it is ready to flip. The camera will allow students to see exactly what food should look like while it is cooking or baking. Those are key things to know. The DVD drive will help the students get to watch a video at home through my laptop that teaches them important information. It can also help the students see things that happen in restaurants that shouldn't be happening like safety and sanitation procedures. Help my students get to see how things are made so that they can do these things for themselves and others at home!
