Most of our students have serious difficulties following the online synchronous instruction as they are sharing the room with other siblings. I have noticed that two students who have headphones are more engaged following the instruction. Although one of those students doesn't have a microphone, so every time I ask him to participate he has to disconnect the headphones and take off the earbuds before speaking. Apart from the noise itself of other siblings, I often hear other teachers in the background which makes the communication harder. The headphones I have selected will optimize the online lesson, so we will be able to reach each and every student, avoid frustration, and therefore help them be more engaged.
