Every student learns differently. Some are auditory. Some are visual. And some learn by doing. STEM projects are a great way to extend learning to all students no matter how they learn. STEM projects allow students to test theories and create innovative ways to show their learning. I love STEM projects because it is a hands on experience that allow the students to think for themselves. The great thing about STEM projects is that students can do this in class or at home when given the supplies. That is what I am hoping to do with this project. These craft supplies will allow my students to create, build, and learn in class or at home. The supplies I chose are very common in STEM materials. This way the students don't have to find the items themselves, but will be provided them through this project. I have seen these projects ignite creativity, passion, and ingenuity in my students and I hope that with these supplies it will allow them to maximize learning opportunities.
