Words can not express how much we appreciate your donation to our speech room. As a direct result of your generosity, we have been able to provide meaningful learning experiences for our students while maintaining health and safety standards. As we continue to navigate all of the unknowns of this school year, we can say with confidence that we are doing all we can to help protect our students, staff and our families. With your donations we now feel safer when students are unable to wear their masks throughout the school day. You have truly made an impact and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

This classroom project was brought to life by The DonorsChoose 20th Anniversary Fund and 7 other donors.

As we prepare our speech room for the arrival of our students in less than a week, their safety as well as the safety of our team is our top priority. By funding this project you will provide plexiglass partitions that will significantly reduce the risk of a therapist or student contracting COVID-19 and getting our loved ones sick as well. For many of our students, the expectation of wearing a mask throughout the duration of the school day may be extremely difficult and unrealistic. These partitions will help protect our students and staff when there is nothing else to protect them. Please help our return to the school building to be both safe and successful!
