At some point, we all reach an age where we realize that life can get kind of crazy, and kind of difficult. This book will allow students to realize that they are not alone in the craziness of life, and the Play-Doh is helpful to visualize that. Not to mention, who doesn't want to play with Play-Doh? Students will have the opportunity to engage in this book through classroom discussions, writing, and also through projects. The Play-Doh is used to create an image of what one of the characters represents. This way students not only are challenged to think critically of a physical representation of a character, but they also get the opportunity to create and share it with their peers.
