I have introduced Yoga to my students this year. With all of the classroom time and computer screen time, I have emphasized the importance of exercise and working out. My kids have come to love Yoga and we need a safe place for them to practice. In this day of so much technology, I hold on to the value of physical education. My students need and appreciate the same value that I hold. Many do not get the opportunity to exercise at home and I want them to get a good 45 minutes of exercise daily.

About my class
