• Creative Lesson Plans To Engage Learners!

  We have been able to use these resources in every single grade level this year. These gift cards have given me the opportunity to find new engaging lessons for the students at my school.

  One of my favorites so far has been a baseball music game, where students get to review the curriculum they've talked about so far this year while playing a fun beanbag baseball game in my classroom. The younger students have benefited by getting new opportunities to use the smart board in my classroom through fun games that test their skills on rhythm and melody. This also has given some of my students who have special needs the opportunity to participate more, and the joy they've had in that has been obvious. This is all due to your wonderful generosity, and the students and I both appreciate all you have given us- thank you!”

The students have been able to use them throughout this entire school year, and having classroom sets of boards and the resources to go with it has truly helped them engage in our curriculum. As a music teacher, I don't have a core classroom that brings in supplies so it usually is funded every year out of my pocket. • Drumming and Moving!

  Thank you so much for the donation of drums to my music classsroom! The students have used them over and over again and it's helped solidify curriculum in a fun way. They were so excited when they walked in and saw all the new drums for them to use. We've used them both in concerts and activities in the classroom. Our favorite activity was making a drum circle and making up rhythmic patterns for classmates to copy. They truly enjoyed every minute of it. Your gift will help students learn and have fun for many years to come.”

• Classroom Essentials In Music

  Thank you so much for your donation to my classroom! The students have been using the resources in both music and intervention time. They were very excited to see they would be getting their own materials instead of having to share with a whole class. I have also been able to keep things nice and organized in the classroom this year, leaving me more time to come up with fun lessons that will continue to engage my students. • Uke Can Do It! Help Complete Our Classroom Ukulele Set!

  Thank you so much for your donation to my ukulele project. We just finished a large ukulele unit with my 3-5 graders, and they all absolutely loved it. It is such a great instrument for kids to learn because it's easier than guitar and they can be successful on it fairly quickly. Each student was able to have their own ukulele, which really helped.

  These ukuleles will be used in the future for units in class, concert songs, and maybe one day for a small ukulele group after school. This wouldn't be possible without your support of donations, so thank you so much for making it happen!”

• Xylophone Music Makers!

  Thank you all so much for donating to our xylophone project. We have been using the xylophones in all different grade levels. We use them in K/1 to talk about sounds that are high and low, we use them in 2/3 to practice short melodies, and we've used them in 4/5 to write short songs and accompany easy songs. They have really enjoyed using the instruments, and it's been very beneficial to have a classroom set of them.

  When the students saw that we added all these xylophones to the classroom, they were so excited. They have always had to share a xylophone between 3 or 4 students, so the fact that they all got their own was a big deal.

  These xylophones will be used in the future and I'm very thankful that all of you were a part of making that happen.”
