Due to accommodations because of health reasons, I will be teaching from home. We make use of the dry erase whiteboards daily in the classroom, especially in math. Using the workshop model in math, students can use them during in school/online guided practice and to record and show their modeled strategies via live teaching on Zoom. The whiteboards allow the students to show me exactly what they are doing. Whether my students are in school or learning remotely, the headphones are needed so that they can focus on the computer programs in our curriculum and help alleviate the noise levels in their homes while remote teaching is in session.
