My students need individualized boxes to make sure that they do not share materials during learning activities. This year will be different for everyone but for my students with significant learning disabilities, this will be even harder. They are used to dancing, sharing, and playing to learn, for everyone's safety due to COVID school will look different this year and we will all have to practice keeping our distance. I am requesting thick pencils to make writing easier, people colored pencils so that my students can draw pictures of themselves, boxes to hold their school supplies, and most importantly a step stool to out next to the smartboard so that students can feel safe stepping up to the smartboard that is too tall for some of them.
