    OMG, I couldn't contain my excitement when my co-worker said Ms.Goolsby go to the office, when entering the office I see the iMac computer,I was smiling ear to ear. When enter the classroom with it the students was so happy they couldn't wait for me to open the box. This computer has help me with my Cor Assessment and help create lesson plans and so most more. I can not express how grateful I am to my donors who support us with this project and We Thank You..This has made my job a little bit easier when the student are on the iPad , I'm able to continue to work on the iMac and vice versa.”

  • Living In A Virtual Reality

    We saw a commercial of the VR everyone said they wanted one, so I decided to do a project, they was so excited. I was told that they was to little that gave me a little push to do the project for the VR. Living In A Virtual Reality is our new reality these students are not like us, they have so much experience in the technology world they knew more than me. the only sad part was they really didn't get to enjoy it for long, because they're moving on. My new students will learn about a virtual reality from the beginning of the school year to the end. This will be add to our day to day activities. I want to take this time out to Thank our donors of making our dream of having a VR our reality.”

  • The Bigger the Better Says Pre-K!

    This printer had made a big difference in our classroom. We are so happy we are able to make copy in the classroom without going to office,We also use the printer to help other teachers make copies to make it easy for everyone in the Head Start program.

    The students enjoyed the color copies and the different project we print from the printer. We also design T-Shirts for the students on different occasions. Having the students wear their design T-shirt makes them happy to see their work on their T-shirt.

    The students that was warmed the most is the one 's that had birthdays we created birthday T-shirt for them and they love it.”

  • Old MacDonald Had a Mac!

    I could not contain my excitement the day my co-worker brought me the Mac. I was thrilled to announced to my fellow teachers that my proposal had been approved! I want acknowledge every donors that funded my proposal, you are giving my students an opportunity to not only interact technology but learn how to use technological tools wisely and for their own educational benefit.   • An Apple a Day!

    Wow...I am so excited about being funded. The children enjoy and learn so much from using the Ipad. I mostly use the device to work one on one with the students. For example, I use the Ipad device for an educational application called Waterford. I can do lessons with one student at a time.

    I also assess the children on COR advantage, I can do it better and anywhere. I can not express how wonderful and meaningful it is to know donors like you are so willing to give. This make my work easier facilitate the COR assessment. Thank you."”
