  • Reading as the Center of the Classroom

    Funded Mar 19, 2024

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for your incredible generosity in supporting my classroom. Thanks to your kindness, we have received a beautiful new bookshelf, a large carpet, and a sturdy wooden bookshelf that will make a significant difference in our learning environment.

The new carpet has already become a central part of our classroom—providing a cozy and welcoming space where students love to gather for stories, discussions, and collaborative work. The shelves, now filled with materials, have not only organized our space but have sparked excitement among the students to explore their independence.

Your donation is more than just a physical gift; it has helped create a warm, inspiring, and functional learning space for my students, and for that, I am truly grateful. Thank you for believing in the power of education and for supporting both me and my students in such a meaningful way.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Anderson

  • Reading in Style

    Funded Nov 2, 2023

We can't thank you enough for your donation toward our new seating for the classroom. The students now have a chance to sit in a comfortable chair while silent reading their books. They look forward to getting a chance to sit in the chairs and they look so happy and relaxed while reading!

My students looked as though they were receiving Christmas gifts when we opened the boxes containing the new seats! They all wanted to test the new furniture and they are so excited when their name gets chosen for the day.

Thank you again for your kindness to our classroom, we appreciate your help.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Anderson

  • Back to School Supplies

    Funded Aug 3, 2023

Thank you so much for your kind donations to our classroom project. My student were so happy to receive their own brand new school supplies when they arrived at school this year! Each student received his or her own markers, crayons, pencil box and colored pencils.

Students who have their own supplies tend to take better care of them compared to when they have to share or have community supplies. Each student can keep their supplies in their desk and then they are ready when it comes time to complete an assignment or a project.

Thank you again for your generosity, we are so thankful for you kindness.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Anderson

  • Crayons and Markers

    Funded Jul 28, 2023

My students and I are loving our new school supplies! The markers and crayons have enhanced their work and kids especially love markers to make projects brighter! We even received a crayon sharpener, which is super colorful and the kids love using it, they have never had one in their classrooms before!

When the students saw the crayon sharpener they squealed with delight! It is so fun see them get excited about the simplest machine! They love using the sharpener and they now know that they need to take the paper off first before they sharpen!

Our second graders are making great progress this year and having the supplies they need is helping them so much along the way! We all appreciate the support that you have provided. Thank you so much.”

  • Colorful Creations

    Funded Oct 24, 2021

Thank you so much for your donations! My students have been able to use markers, colored pencils and water color paints to create many different projects. They love to have choices when it comes to enhancing their projects.

The most exciting part of having colorful supplies on hand in the classroom is that students know they have plenty of choices and can use the items as often as they need. Sometimes students combine all of their colorful supplies to really make their projects stand out.

We just had a door decorating contest and our class won thanks to your donations!”

  • Robotics in the Classroom

    Funded Dec 5, 2022

Thanks to your generous donations, my students are learning how to program robots to perform different tasks. They are having so much fun while they learn more about computer science.

Students have been the most excited about

setting up mazes for the robots to travel through. Students have also been using bowling pins to use with robots to play different games to enhance their math skills. We are having fun integrating subjects like reading and math with robotics. All students are having so much fun and they are so engaged every time we get the robots out. Thank you again!”

  • Liven Up Our Learning Library!

    Funded Dec 2, 2021

Receiving a gift card to be able to purchase more resources for students has been absolutely amazing and we thank you so much!

Students have loved working on projects such as a Black History Month research project; a Nutrients project and a Spring Break Budget Activity for learning how to manage finances. Using projects from Teachers Pay Teachers gives them exciting ways to learn and gives me more time to plan and prepare lessons.

Thank you again for the amazing resources. Students are using the materials to learn more about technology and how to research information for informational reports.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Anderson

  • Classroom Necessities

    Funded Dec 2, 2021

My students and I are so thankful for our new resources for our classroom. Having new pencils is essential and so helpful to our daily classroom life. The STEM kits that we are received are so much fun! The soap that we received has been so great for the classroom. It may sound silly, but having good soap is important since we have all been washing our hands so much!

The 4th graders in my class were so excited to open the boxes. It was like Christmas for them and they are so happy to receive donations to our classroom!

Our next steps this year are to review and prepare for upcoming testing. All of the amazing supplies that we received help in the daily operation in our classroom and we can't thank you enough for your kindness!”

  • Seeing More Clearly With Technology

    Funded May 4, 2021

Thank you so much for your donations to our 4th grade classroom. With the new document camera, students are able to see what I am working on more clearly. The document camera also works as a web camera, so it makes it so much easier to transition from seeing me to seeing what I am working on. Sometimes I work out math problems on paper and they can follow along as I explain the steps. Then I can turn the camera back on my face so that I can easily talk to them and ask questions. It may not seem like a big deal, but to kids learning at home it has been a huge help!

The large time has also been so helpful! When I returned in person I started using the timer and I use it multiple times a day. With such big numbers, the kids in the back of the room can see the numbers clearly so that they know how much time is left for a task.

Thank you again for your kind donations. Teachers and students appreciate all you do to support our success!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Anderson

  • Teachers Pay Teachers Gift Card

    Funded Dec 2, 2020

Saying "thank you" does not seem like enough to show my appreciation for your kind donation. With a donation of a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers, I am able to find digital resources to enhance remote learning and help keep my students engaged. I have purchased resources for writing, reading and science. One of our upcoming Science projects will include designing or enhancing an everyday kitchen gadget. Students will be able to plan and execute an engineering design based on the Google Slides purchased in TpT.

My students have really appreciated all of the resources that I have purchased with the gift card. The materials are user friendly, bright and make the lessons more fun. There are also a variety of activities that make engaging in online learning better.

My students will continue to receive the benefits of lessons created by other teachers. Another project we have coming up will focus on Health and Nutrition.”

I work at a low income/high poverty school. My students are grateful for the opportunities they are given, and we work hard to provide them with a rich, fulfilling experience that will carry them through to a lifetime of success. My students are curious and eager learners who enjoy being a part of our changing world, especially in terms of technology. I love seeing the students' faces light up each time I introduce something new to learn and discover from. My goal is to instill into each child the excitement of reading.
