Currently we have a limited amount of outlets in the room. Our classroom is designed for students to be on his or her device the majority of the day. We do not currently have a docking station. The the best available outlet is under my desk. The 15 power cords to the student devices are in the way and tend to get tangled. All of the devices sit on my desk when charging which takes away from much needed room for me to do other things. The charging cart will help me ensure no one laptops are touching while charging; I plan to assign slots. The charging cart will be located in a more central organized location. I will no longer have to worry about tangled cords, stacks of devices on my desk or students devices not being charged because we are taking turns using outlets.
