Look!! We're Going Hybrid!
Funded Oct 9, 2020Thank you so much for your generous donations! The students and I were just talking last week about how they were so excited to have gotten their very own supplies for the 2021-2022 school year. Since we stayed fully remote last year, the students were given their supplies for the current school year. The students officially returned to school on September 8, 2021. Although we are wearing masks and remaining socially distant, It is exciting that we have return to school! My students and I greatly appreciate your donations! Thank you so very much!”

Funded Aug 28, 2020I wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for contributing the collected materials for my classroom. As you may know, we were fully remote last year, Luckily, I was able to use many the donated items in my classroom through remote learning. Have visuals such as the magnetic white boards to use magnetic materials for math such as for volume and decimal operations proved to be an extremely useful resource! Additionally the Social and Emotional Learning cards for questions of the day discussion were used each and every day during remote learning. I will continue to use these resources for years.
Initially, our district was planning on going back to school in a Hybrid fashion, which was why I collected materials to be kept separate for individual use. However, a hybrid schedule was not to be. Luckily, I was able to see my students at the end of the school year for a school wide outdoor picnic. At the picnic, I gave my students their individual cinch saks which contained a wealth of materials that were donated to them by you! The children were thrilled! Thank you once again!”

With your help, I am able to teach math remotely and/or in person when we go back to the classroom, hopefully in a few weeks. Most importantly, my students thank you!
