  • Athletics Matter

    Thank you for your support of our students. They were very excited to see the new equipment. They were egor to start working with the equipment.

    Improvements have beeb greatly drastic in the positive direction. 3 of our young ladies have recorded personal records at 3 different competitions, while placing in the top 4 in most meets. One of the freshman javelin thrower had personal records in the lost competitions. She was very excited.

    The adjustable hurdles allowed us to teach 2 students how to run the 400 hurdles. The allowance to work on technique at a lower height was paramount in developing hurdlers. One of our young dropped 7 secs over 3 weeks of learning the hurdles. We cannot thank you enough for your support.”

  • Hidden Talent

    As a program we thank you for supporting our ladies on there future development.

    The weighted balls have been a tremendous help with our throwers. The girls are able to work on the basic movement and release using the weighted balls. We have improved in balance, correct release and found the right body positions will be such a big help transitioning to the implements. The balls have also help the girls javelin technique improve with their release. This aloud for better foot placement and body position

    Which will affect the angle release of the javelin. We use them regularly and the girls love them. They get stuck in the vents of the building some times but they do not mind grabbing them. Thank you very much and look forward to great improvements.”

  • World Runners

    Our young ladies have been enjoying the use of the new equipment. There were some adjustments. The girls were not use to using the euipment in the way they were being implemented. But now they have their routine and always ask for the equipment to use with excitement. The use of the euipment has definitely provided a lot of gains from last year looking back at our data. The girls have grown in so many ways. You see can the improvement in running frequency endurance , and tempo rans have becone effecient. Most importantly the speed has increased. We are glad that we were able to receive the equipment and apply the necessary steps to become better at running.”

  • Girls Running

    When they firstvsaw thecequipment they were excited. Everyone was able to grab there own equipment and use to the best of their ability. It definitely has made a great impact. You can see feom the consistant daily use how their flexibility has increased in areas they would not normally use. The strength gain is phenomenal and confidence has increased. Tomorrow we will test and see what the overall impact will be at a competition with other individuals. With this data we can see what adjustments need to be made and how to qpply the use of the equipment in a different way.”

I want to give them the opportunity to be successful and show them we care about them. Also we can expose them to online programs. We are currently using OneNote for distance learning. This program allows the students to write on the program in real time with me and I can work on their page with them independently

About my class
