Ray's Chromebook Resource
Funded Mar 11, 2022Your generous donation allowed my students to receive new chromebook computers. Each student here at San Tan Charter uses a chromebook for their daily schoolwork. Your donation allows new students to receive a computer so they can get started right away after enrollment. Thank you again for the donation to the project.
We chose the chromebooks that we did after collaboration with our IT department. They determined that this model of chromebook contained the necessary memory and ability for our students to access the school programs.”
With gratitude,
Mr. Ray
Reference Information Assistance
Funded Jul 30, 2021I very much appreciate your generous donation to my project. The chart paper and organizational box has helped the classes out tremendously. The students know where their assignments can be turned in without the fear of the papers being lost.
The chart paper has been extremely helpful. I can reference the previously taught material as we are moving forward. Math builds upon prior learning so the students are happy that they can refer to the wall and remind themselves what to do next. They don't have to look through many days of notes to find what they need. My charts are separated by classes so the students are not looking at the wrong level.
The students are also able to use the materials to create their own math presentation in their groups. This helps in solidifying their learning when they have to teach others.”
With gratitude,
Mr. Ray

Funded Dec 25, 2020Many of our students do not have access to TI-84 calculators. Students that have their own do not know the capabilities of the calculator. Many of our objectives were needing to be done on paper and pencil. They were sometimes able to be done using different websites that uses the technology. Having Ti-84 calculators in the classroom has now made it easier to not only teach curriculum, but complete the work with less stress about making errors.
Students did not know how to work the functions on a TI-84. It is more than a basic calculator. I have them work through the process before I show how to use the TI-84. Students are amazed about how simple it makes the process while still understanding the purpose of the objective.
Students in class are now asking more questions about how they can use the TI-84 to help complete their work. They are playing with the different functions discovering things on their own when they finish the work. They never did that before.”
With gratitude,
Mr. Ray
