    This classroom project was brought to life by The DonorsChoose 20th Anniversary Fund and 5 other donors.
For my kindergarten students, it is necessary for me to show them how to use manipulatives to count, and how to write numbers, letters, words, and eventually sentences. They need to see me formulating the numbers and letters the correct way, by starting at the top and moving down. Many students write numbers and letters backwards, or they start at the bottom and move up. They need to be shown how to use one to one correspondence to count out 30 objects. Unfortunately, with our current climate, my school is doing 100% distance learning, and I am unable to actually show them how to do these things. It is very difficult for me to show my students how to count and write the correct way without the proper equipment. By donating to my project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I love my students and want the best for them! I want to watch them grow as lifelong learners, both personally and academically! Thank you in advance for any donation!
