Students will use Book Taco after I earn 6 points to track reading and connect with other students in the classroom with the books they read! Students will make connections with books using the tools in Book Taco! Specifically, students will be able to use their subscription to Book Taco to track their own reading, set timers for reading, use written projects in Book Taco, and most importantly MOTIVATE students to read more for pleasure. Book Taco is inclusive to provide different learning styles which is so important with distant learning and brick and mortar students. My students would love the hard copies of Florida Sunshine State Books! To eventually ask for a special project like Book Taco, which is our goal, I need 6 points and hoping starting with Sunshine State Books!
