  • Artistic Expression!

    Funded Feb 13, 2024

    Our art materials arrived and we began using them right away! So far we have used them for indoor recess, for St. Patrick's Day fun, and for a door decorating contest...in which we were able to win second place!

    We will continue using our art materials for the rest of the school year to add artistic expression, free choice, and enjoyment. These materials help us stay engaged on rainy days and will even be brought outdoors when the weather improves to paint outside!

    We can not thank you enough for investing in our Kindergarten classroom and using your caring heart to support our development.

    Knowing that my students have a well fitting pair of quality sneakers to put on their feet is something that gives me so much peace of mind. Keeping little feet warm, clean, and dry is an imperative part of their education because basic needs must be meet before we can move on to focusing on learning.   • The Magic Is Calling!

    Starting our year off with the extra magic you helped to provide us has filled my teacher heart with joy! I whole-heartedly believe that everything that happens within the school setting has to be rooted in a strong foundation focused on relationships. This is with students, parents, and teachers alike!

    I have used the materials from this project to prep "ready confetti" for students (magic confetti to help ease little nerves on the night before school) as well as tissues for the grown-ups along with a sweet note for the morning of Kindergarten tears.
