Funded Nov 15, 2021The donation of the iPad has changed the way I was creating the resources for my students. They feel extremely motivated when using technology devices to learn and since we got this device I have been creating more and better digital resources to teach them.
They really enjoy doing interactive activities in the iPad, they can draw, practice their pre-writing activities, answer question verbally in a private way (this makes them feel much more relaxed if we compare it with answering in front of everyone) and they can also see what their classmates have previously done.
One of my students have a speech disorder and the iPad has helped him to improve his pronunciation incredibly since the beginning of the year since I was recording myself pronouncing the words and he could them reproduce it while using the front camera to see his mouth movements. Once he recorded his answer, he was checking if the pronunciation was similar or not which allowed him to do a self-assessment of his own work. He has felt really motivated while doing this.”
With gratitude,
