The small items will make such a big impact throughout the year! These kiddos deserve the world, and fortunately we have kind enough people to help these kids shoot for the stars! Throughout the year we do all sorts of fun things during the school year! Each month we do a reward party with out students to encourage the positive relationships and the feeling of accomplishment when they acheive their goals. Some of these parties include small rewards like movies or glow days (blacklight material review party). Really it's anything the students have an idea of we make happen (within reason)! Snacks will not only help feed their bellies but also their minds! Our schedule is quick and on the go with a late lunch, and even then our growing kiddos after eating all of their lunch, they are still hungry later on in the day! The extra supplies and materials help our classroom to continue to be a welcoming enviornment that makes education exciting and encourages them to come to school and be PRESENT!
