• Expanding Literacy Through Books

• A Diverse Classroom Library

  My students, my school and I would like to thank you for finding our books!!!!! Thanks to you our students had the chance to READ!!! We also included some of the books into our lessons and students loved it. Students also had the chance to go read to lower grades using the books you donated for literacy day. We are thankful for allowing us to expand our literacy and incorporated literacy in many fun activities.

• Learning in Diversity

  My students and I would like to take the time to thank you very much for our books. This year has been very challenging and crazy but we managed to get through it. I would like to thank you because my students really enjoyed reading books throughout the school year. I even had one student check out 6 chapter books to read on her own. I had a system where students would check out books and then once they finished they would do a "share and tell" with the classroom. They really loved it. Thank you!!!!”
