The Odyssey Graphic Novel

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom. My 6th Grade students have thoroughly enjoyed going through the book the Odyssey. My students are really interested in Ancient Greece, especially the Mythology connected with it and this book has been extremely interesting to them. I have even had a couple of students who have read ahead of the class on their own time because of how interested they are in the material.

So far students have read along with the book in class. In class students are called on to read and I can see their reading skills improving. We have also done group chapter projects about specific stories within the Odyssey, and students had to present on a Greek legend of their own in front of the class

Overall this book has been a huge success in my classroom and I cannot thank you all enough for your donation to helping better the education of the students in my classroom.”
