  • Support Hands-On STEM Learning!

    Funded May 5, 2023

I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of STEM materials. Your support has far-reaching implications, empowering us to enhance the quality of education and inspire a passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics among our students.

Your commitment to fostering hands-on learning experiences is invaluable. The donated materials will play a pivotal role in creating engaging STEM lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. By providing tangible resources, you are directly contributing to the development of future innovators and leaders in these fields. Your generosity goes beyond the immediate impact on our students; it resonates in the broader community by promoting education as a cornerstone for progress and societal development.

Once again, thank you for your unwavering support. We are excited about the possibilities these materials unlock for our students, and we look forward to sharing their achievements and successes with you in the future. Your belief in the importance of STEM education is making a lasting difference, and we are truly grateful for your partnership.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Salomon

  • Virtual Reality to Immerse Students in Social Issues

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude for the virtual reality headsets that you so generously provided to our school. The ability to see the effects of global warming in virtual reality has been a truly transformative experience for my students. It has brought the issue to life in a way that traditional learning materials simply could not.

Your generosity has allowed my students to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of global warming, and has sparked a passion for environmental conservation in many of them. I am confident that this experience will stay with them for the rest of their lives, and that they will continue to be advocates for sustainability.

Thank you again for your generosity and for making this incredible learning experience possible.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Salomon

  • Whiteboard and Supplies for Teaching Remotely

    Funded Aug 24, 2020

I really wanted to take the time to thank you again for the whiteboard and supplies which has allowed me to remain an effective teacher while protecting myself, while I was pregnant, and now that I have a newborn child, from contracting COVID-19.

This year has been nothing short of tumultuous for all of us. Many of my students have had illness and death in their families, have lost social interactions, or have been helping family members with school or income. They have been put through the ringer more times than any kid their age should be. By allowing me the simple gift of a whiteboard, I was able to make online learning feel a little more like in person learning, something that we will never again take for granted.

Thank you for supporting teachers and students in these unprecedented times. You are true heroes for supporting this project.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Salomon

I will be teaching math to high school students remotely due to a medical condition. As I've already learned, this isn't easy without the proper tools. I'd like to purchase a white board and some magnetic graph paper so that I can give my students the same proper math education they would receive in the classroom. I will be using these items to live teach my students while we are home. This will help me with providing them classroom instruction that is as close as possible to the in person experience they would be receiving under normal circumstances.
