Hello, Can You Hear Me?

My students were so excited to receive the headsets even more so than I. We have been putting them to good use! As you can see in the pictures, they are all working on different assignments from listening to a read along, working on Seesaw completing a specific assignment, recording their fluency, or finishing a test. This allows me to walk around to assist when needed. I have prerecorded messages to help guide them when working individually. I also use the headsets as a reward when I allow them to listen to a song on Quaver which is an interactive online social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum. My students are happy that they can click on a button and listen to me explaining or reading something to help them better understand. This allows them to feel empowered to work independently. I'm happy that I don't have to repeat myself over and over again. Students are working at their own pace independently while I'm working with small groups.
