Students should get high-quality education, even in art, from home. I have create lessons assignments that allow them to learn and demonstrate principles, but they are missing a crucial element: learning by example to actually DO art. Doc Cams and live presentations work in the classroom. There is a simple solution to put those online: record tutorials. When students see what to do in the videos, they will know what to do themselves. They will fulfill the creating portion of art rather than just the theoretical side of it. Help me get recording equipment so I can make art tutorials. I need a camera, tripod or camera mount, and proper lighting. That way I can record quality videos. I have the students, the platform, a love for art, skills to teach well, and experience and software for editing videos. Now I just need your help! Please help me bring quality art education to students at home. These videos will be used and reused for years to come, and, when they need updates, I'll have the equipment to create those, too.
