We all know what it can feel like to need a break or even just a change of scenery when we are working for long periods of time or working through emotions. As adults, it is easier to move somewhere else or focus on something else when this happens. I want to provide my students with this same ability, but in the safety of the classroom. Sometimes, all it takes is one small change to turn your mood around. The nature of my classroom is that many things have to remain strict for consistency and safety reasons, but seats like these will enable me to offer my students the ability to choose and feel as if there is at least something they can have control over.

About my class
