Getting Ready For Life Is Essential

I want to thank you for taking the time to fund our kindergarten classroom project. The goal is for students to connect objects provided with real life connections to simulate growth, within today’s society. We appreciate your kindness, support, and can’t wait to show you how we use the items.”

This classroom project was brought to life by FamilyAlbum and one other donor.

My project is to help my students connect to what is familiar to them so that they can grow socially. I would like my students to be able to draw real world connections at school; for example the cash register will help with this. Growth socially will also impact growth academically with writing, reading, math, and science skills. Using the strips and white board for students will help their beginning stages of reading and writing. Creativity is also something that will enhance connections for my students. The LEGO set takes creativity and socializing with peers to use. Building can help students recognize infrastructures around them.
