These resources can be used from home and school, in order to help students who can't afford it. ESL students are learning English as a new language in addition to their studies, and many struggle to read, write, and listen to instruction. Providing them with technology that they otherwise have no access to can help easily bridge that gap. Kids can more easily translate and complete assignments while also using the technology to build vocabulary and increase comprehension. Using a computer or a tablet could be used to translate instructions, complete the assignment, and interact with their teacher. My ESL students need technology to be engaged and improve their language skills, but due to the pandemic some students can't reach their classroom lessons, teacher, or communicate effectively because of a lack of access to appropriate technology. Unfortunately, without the support of donors like yourself, some of these students will be left behind. Anything that can be done to help these students makes it easier for them to succeed.
