These materials and games will make a significant impact on the SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) and educational progress of my special needs students. The items have a heavy focus on everyday life skills, practical math and FUN! In this new era of COVID online learning, it has become increasingly evident that the children in self-contained special education programs are suffering learning losses, isolation and a void of peer emotional interaction. I feel confident that adding exciting activities and games to my teaching routines in the Fall will help my students thrive in the coming months.
