  • Help Them Keep Focus!

    Your contribution has created a positive impact on my students. They are now able to enjoy their read-aloud books, explore other activities to practice phonics, and even complete projects because they are focused on their individual growth. After their time in the computer, they show more interest in the topic when class discussion begins because they were able to fully absorb the information without noisy distractions. The headphones also block outside noise and some students even use them when reading independently. Our class loves the headphones and thanks to your help, we have enough for all students, and no one needs to wait until others are finished to begin working.”

  • Virtual Class with Better Picture and Audio!

    Your contributions to make this challenging school year a better experience is greatly appreciated by students, parents, and myself. My students can now see me and listen to lessons clearly. As soon as the camera and microphone were connected, students began asking what changes I had made because the upgrade was very noticeable.

    In addition, the tablet allowed me to model many concepts which resulted in students feeling more engaged as their responses were added to the lesson content. Learning benefits greatly from group work and your donations also allowed the students that are attending the brick and mortar school interact better with the students that are completing online school.

    Even when all students are using the technology for lessons, my students love when at the end of some weeks, they get to pretend they are narrating a Podcast using the Blue Snowball microphone because they claim that it looks fancy and super cool. Considering that my classroom population consists of preteens, and teens, I believe that is a compliment. Thank you again for your support.”

In addition, microphone will allow for better audio helping students follow along with read-alongs and book discussions keeping focused with less background noise. Completing the ideal online class experience with a writing tablet helping students make the transition of just looking at typed information vs teacher live explanations through a white board. Please help me to give my students the best possible experience in this new mandatory online learning.
