My students will use the percussion instruments to tap out steady beats and rhythmic patterns and will use the pencils to write their own rhythms as well as complete worksheets and other assignments at school and at home. To keep organized, we will have students keep their work in file folder and use sticky notes to collect information and have a "parking lot" for questions and answers at the end of class. Everyone will sanitize before and after class to stay healthy and prevent the spread of COVID-19 and flu germs.
